# Fanta Lineup: full public product context

Fanta Lineup is an Italian fantasy-football application dedicated to matchday lineup decisions. It helps users configure the rules of a fantasy league, enter one or more rosters, generate a recommended lineup, compare it with an opponent and evaluate alternative choices.

## Product workflow

1. The user creates a Classic or Mantra league and configures its scoring rules, bonuses, penalties, modifiers and lineup constraints.
2. The user enters their roster and can also enter other league rosters, including the next opponent.
3. Before the matchday deadline, Fanta Lineup can generate a recommended starting lineup and bench.
4. The user can edit that lineup, select alternative player-availability scenarios and evaluate the resulting formation.
5. Head-to-head evaluation reports expected score and estimated win, draw and loss probabilities when both rosters are available.
6. During an active Serie A matchday, lineup generation and evaluation are paused. Saved or cached lineups can show estimated fantasy scores from available match events.

## Estimates and methodology

Expected fantasy scores and outcome probabilities are estimates produced with proprietary machine-learning models and optimization algorithms. They are not guarantees of future results.

Performance ratings and fantasy scores shown for played matches are model-based estimates. They are not the official ratings assigned by newspaper or editorial reviewers and may differ from the ratings used by a fantasy-football league.

Probable lineups and the probable scenario assigned to each player are maintained by the Fanta Lineup staff. Expected minutes and roles are updated using previous matches and public information from training sessions and press conferences.

League scoring settings affect individual expected fantasy scores, lineup totals and head-to-head probabilities. Fanta Lineup applies the selected league rules without exposing proprietary model internals.

## Assistant AI boundaries

The assistant is specialized in football, fantasy football and the use of Fanta Lineup. It does not provide general-purpose answers outside this domain. It has no web-search tool: current player, league and roster facts must come from the application data made available to its tools.

The assistant can explain app functions, read selected-league context, compare players, analyze scenarios, manage leagues or rosters where enabled, and generate or evaluate lineups. It does not currently support fantasy-auction or trade-management tasks.

Conversation history is stored locally on the user's client rather than as a permanent cloud conversation archive. Requests are processed by the service and its AI provider to generate the response; personal league and roster data remain protected by authentication and authorization.

Fanta Lineup is available at https://fantalineup.com/ and can be installed as a progressive web app. Android and iOS builds are currently distributed to authorized beta testers. The core lineup application is free; the AI assistant may apply usage limits or optional chat-credit packs where enabled.
